Privacy
We at Heartland Needleworks promise that all the information you send us will stay with us.  We respect
your privacy and have built secure order pages to ensure it.

Further, we will not share your e-mail address with any 3rd party for marketing purposes.  However, we
may occasionally send notices about your account or our related services.

Shipping
There is no charge for Shipping or Handling on orders over $10.00, shipped within in the continental
USA.  If shipment is needed outside the continental USA, please e-mail us at
info@heartlandneedleworks.com for specific rates. A flat rate of $2.00 shipping is charged for orders
under $10.00 and that weigh less than 13 oz, also to be shipped within the continental U.S. Most
overweight items will be noted on the sales page for the item.

Returns
We understand that holding an item in your hands is sometimes the only way to know you love it.  We
also understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned and you need to return an item.  
For those rare cases, our shop policies are:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Therefore, we highly suggest you open your
order immediately and check it (or to adore and admire your new purchase!).

If something just isn't right, we would appreciate a call or e-mail to let us know you need to make a
return.  Also, we would prefer having a copy of the receipt that accompanied the item when it was
purchased.  A note with an explanation in the returned package would also be very helpful.

All items returned must be in re-saleable condition, meaning the packaging must be intact.  We also ask
that the returned item be free of pet hair and smoke odor.

Obviously, if we at Heartland Needleworks make an error in preparing your order, we will gladly correct it
- we only ask that you make every effort to return the item to us as safely as possible.  We will then
reimburse your return shipping charges.

However, if the return is because you changed your mind, the return shipping will be at your own
expense.

Non-returnable items are:
Sale and special order items.  Also, patterns, charts, kits, leaflets, and fabrics.
